Thank you for shopping at SHENTEC. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality battery solutions for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for you as bellow.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

General Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at sales@shentec.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack the item (preferably in its original UN-certified box) to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Batteries that show signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized disassembly.
  • Items missing original accessories (connectors, manuals, etc.).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong model sent), SHENTEC will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong model, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Battery Safety & Shipping Warning

IMPORTANT: Batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods. When returning a battery, you must comply with local postal and shipping regulations. Please ensure the battery terminals are taped/insulated to prevent short circuits. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

Notes:Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days. If you don't receive your refund within this period, please contact us.

Warranty (Defective Products)

Beyond the 30-day return window, your SHENTEC product is covered by our 24 Months Limited Warranty. If the battery fails due to a quality issue during this period, please contact us for a replacement rather than a standard return.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can request a full refund within 12 hours after placing an order on our sites,If you contact us within 5 hours of placing your order .

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 12 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.3% for Klarna users).

As all our orders are shipped from local warehouse,orders cannot be canceled more than 2 days after they are shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Please contact us via email at sales@shentec.com before returning or exchanging products. Orders that are refunded without contacting us in advance will not be refunded due to the inability to ensure their authenticity. Thank you for your understanding : )

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our SHENTEC Support via sales@shentec.com to obtain instructions to return.
